The VantageS6 Max and VantageE6 Max models offer 6 Degrees of Freedom (6DoF) with the optional 6Probe attachment.

The 6Probe allows users to measure areas that are out of direct line of sight, as well as those located in tight, difficult-to-reach spaces.

When paired with the 6Probe, the VantageS6 and VantageE6 provide the most cost-effective 6DoF solutions on the market, meeting the dynamic measurement and accuracy needs of even the most complex applications.

The VantageS + S6 are intended for short-to-long range measurement applications of up to 80 meters, while the VantageE + E6 support short-to-medium range applications of up to 35 meters. These compact models offer:

The FARO Super 6DoF TrackArm integrates the FARO Vantage platform (VantageS, VantageE, or legacy Vantage) with one or more FARO ScanArms to offer a six-degrees-of-freedom probe.

This solution allows users to seamlessly switch between the Tracker and the Arm, enabling measurements of hidden points, even around corners and inside holes, while eliminating line-of-sight issues.

By synchronizing the Tracker and Arm into a single coordinate system, users can begin the measurement process instantly. Points are visualized in real-time in the measurement software and compared against nominal CAD data.

The Super 6DoF TrackArm simplifies inspections, reverse engineering, and CAD-to-part analysis, providing unparalleled ease and accuracy. It is available as a complete system, including the Laser Tracker, ScanArm, and TrackArm Kit.
